Hello!

I'm Goran Isakovski, a technology executive and founder. I have served as Chief of Staff, Head of Transformations, and Chief Operating Officer in the global aerospace and defence industry.

I'm currently building my first startup — technology in service of unlocking human potential.

I'm also a researcher focused on change and transformation — specifically, how people process emotions during times of uncertainty. I'm pursuing my executive PhD at ESCP in Paris.

I'm based in Lausanne and grew up in Skopje.
